More than a recorder.
Meeting Maid keeps retained source audio, transcripts, speaker decisions, calendar
context, editable metadata, and every note version connected without locking you into
one processing provider.
01
Two-sided capture
Record your microphone and system audio together, mute safely, monitor levels, import audio or video, and recover interrupted capture. With calendar matching enabled, a confirmed change of Zoom meeting process and a different consecutive calendar room can separate a rapid call switch.
02
Calendar-aware
Scan chronological meetings from the user's local calendar day followed by reverse-chronological notes under pinned date headers, keep still-in-progress meetings that started today, see RSVP and free/busy state, filter noise, follow live timing, and join safely.
03
Editable speakers
Use FluidAudio or AWS speaker labels, then rename, reassign, merge, undo, or reset every voice without losing the original detection.
04
Semantic discovery
Use Edit Details to correct titles, customer and classification metadata in-app, then search those details, transcripts, and every note version with local English sentence embeddings plus lexical fallback.
05
Versioned notes
Watch notes stream in, edit Markdown, regenerate with another prompt or model, keep prior versions, and update notes when context changes.
06
Files that fit
Use Share beside a meeting title to export audio, transcript, current notes, or a complete ZIP. Or publish to a plain folder or Obsidian vault with categories, frontmatter, and naming conventions. With the registered Obsidian CLI, Open can open a saved vault note directly in Obsidian, and falls back to your default Markdown app when it cannot.
07
Local activity
Review current-year or all-time recording duration, live meeting count, and generated note versions in a dashboard stored only on your Mac.
08
Storage on your terms
Keep source audio forever by default, or preview and confirm a shorter window. Daily cleanup removes eligible playback while preserving meeting history, transcripts, and notes.
09
Failure is visible
Silence alerts, capture-stall stops, a 12-hour cap, store repair, export ownership, and update guards protect recordings instead of failing quietly.
